Discover More is our collaborative experience for clients who understand that travel is more than merely taking a trip. Our role is to become your trusted advisor for your most treasured resource – your time away.
First of all we lay the foundation with a DISCOVERY meeting, so we can get an understanding of the type of experience you are looking for and the vital information (who, what, when, where, and why). We want to know more about you, and your travel style and anything else that can help us take your travel dream to a travel reality.
Once we have that full understanding, then we move on to the DESIGN phase where we work together to craft the details of your personal journey that is customized to you.
Next will be the CONNECT phase which is time leading up to your journey. Here we will work to fine tune the details (packing lists, dining reservations, etc.) and get excited about your upcoming travel experience.
As you embark on your EXPERIENCE of the trip, we will still stay in contact with you to provide comfort and reassurance along the way.
Finally, upon your return home, we will SHARE the details of your trips and discuss the excitement of your experience.

Travel Planning Fees for custom itineraries include the following services:
Working with each individual client to discover what he or she is looking for in their travel experience
Detailed planning and research into all travel components, including: hotel, flight, tour, transportation, and etc.
Creating customized itineraries based on each client’s travel desires and preferences
Concierge-level service with advice on and assistance with all travel-related items, including destination information, golf, spa, dining, travel insurance, currency exchange, etc.
Booking & management of all travel elements on behalf of the client
Individualized support and service prior to, during, and after the completion of trip
Exclusive access to amenities and special offers from partners including: Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred Partner Program, Ritz Carlton STARS Program, and other exclusive vendor relationships
Excludes any additional airline booking fee, which vary by carrier and class of service
